Custom pet portraits
Each portrait is painted by hand and made just for you, based on your request and photo(s). Because of the personalised nature of these pieces, all custom pet portraits are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Not happy?
Please get in touch. I want you to love your painting. If there’s something wrong, email me within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll see what’s possible: info@studiomels.nl.
Damaged during shipping?
If your painting arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll do my best to find a fair solution, such as repair or (in rare cases) replacement.
Prints & ready-made paintings
You can return prints and original paintings from the shop (excluding commissions) within 14 days of receiving them.
To return an item:
- Email me at info@studiomels.nl within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Once I’ve received the item, you’ll get a refund (minus original shipping costs)
