Processing time

• Custom pet portraits: Each painting takes about 4 to 6 weeks to complete, including drying and varnishing time. You’ll receive a photo of the finished painting before it ships.
• Prints and ready-made paintings: Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping method

All items are shipped from the Netherlands with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details.

• Prints and ready-made paintings: Shipping costs depend on the size and destination. These are shown during checkout.

International shipping

Yes, I ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to help.
Studio Mels is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
