2. Custom Pet Portraits

• Each portrait is made to order based on your photos and instructions.
• Because these are personalized and handmade, custom pet portraits cannot be returned or refunded.
• The deposit paid to secure your commission is non-refundable.
• Studio Mels will do its best to meet your expectations. If you have concerns, please contact within 7 days of receiving your painting.

3. Prints, Drawings, and Ready-Made Artwork

• All other artworks, including prints, drawings, and ready-made paintings (non-commissioned work), can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Sale items and digital products (if applicable) are not eligible for returns.

4. Payment

• Payment for commissions requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your place on the waiting list.
• Final payment is due before shipping.
• Payments can be made via the payment methods offered on the website or during checkout.

5. Shipping

• Shipping for custom pet portraits is free worldwide.
• Shipping costs for prints, drawings, and ready-made paintings are calculated at checkout.
• Studio Mels is not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping details.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artwork and images on this website are the property of Studio Mels and protected by copyright.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any images without permission.

7. Liability

• Studio Mels is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of products or the website.
• If a product arrives damaged, please contact within 3 days with photos to resolve the issue.

• Studio Mels reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.
